508 Winery Provençale Coteaux d’Aix en Provence Rose 2022

508 La Winery Provençale is a brand of rosé developed in collaboration with the famous Château Paradis estate.

The 2022 vintage is the 5th vintage produced with a very great year in Provence, with very ripe grapes, at the peak of their aromatic expressions. Fresh, fruity, very delicious and easy to drink.

🎨VINIFICATION: Harvested at full maturity, early in the morning, the harvest once sorted, is cooled and macerated for 3 to 4 hours, then pressed, and placed in stainless steel vats for fermentation at controlled temperature between 16 and 18°C, with only natural yeasts.

⏰ VASTING/AGEING: The wine is aged for around 3 months in stainless steel vats, before being bottled at the beginning of January to retain all its freshness. THE

🍷 SOMMELIER TASTING: With a pale pink color typical of Provence rosés, it expresses notes of citrus and red fruits with great finesse and elegance. It is a delicious, refreshing and easy-drinking rose for any moment.
