General Presentation

Belena (Beaune in Latin) is a tribute to this fabulous city, located in the heart of Burgundy. The identity of this great Burgundian brand is to allow the various terroirs to express themselves through our prestigious Burgundy appellations.

Cultivation method: For over 20 years now, the use of "chemical" fertilizers has been abandoned, favoring the possible addition of compost (farm manure) to nourish the microbial life of the soil.

Vinification: Destemming of the grapes as gently as possible, without crushing the berries during vatting. After a period of 8 to 15 months, the wine is ready to be bottled.
