👨🎓【COMMENTARY】This wine benefits from partial wood aging, which gives it a beautiful structure. The well-balanced acidity gives it a pleasant length on the palate. It reveals aromas of fresh and ripe fruits that add a dimension of freshness and lusciousness. It will perfectly accompany roasted chicken, pasta bolognese, a cheese platter, or grilled salmon.

General Presentation

Founded by Etienne Grangeon in the 1950s, the property, originally spread over 2 hectares of Grenache, developed under the impetus of Alain, his son, who joined the estate in 1963. A passionate viticulturist, he notably contributed to the expansion of the estate by planting improving grape varieties such as Syrah and Mourvèdre, thus creating the Cristia identity, based on the knowledge and respect of its predominantly sandy soils.

When Baptiste and Dominique joined their father in 1999, their priorities were to focus their work on optimal plot selection in order to produce high-quality aged wines in bottles and to market them both in France and for export.
