General presentation

La Réserve des Diacres is a cuvée produced in collaboration with Baptiste Grangeon, famous winemaker of Châteauneuf du Pape at Domaine Cristia.

This cuvée is produced with great care, from neighboring vineyards and friends of Baptiste, to offer consumers a racy and elegant wine, in the pure tradition of the Grangeon Family.

On a clay-limestone soil, the grapes are harvested at full maturity, early in the morning. Once sorted, the harvest, is pressed immediately, then cold settling.

The juices are placed in stainless steel vats for fermentation at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18 °C, with only natural yeasts.

Aging 4 to 6 months in stainless steel vats, with regular stirring of the lees to extract all the aromatic potential of the harvest.

A full and complex wine, well-balanced between freshness and fruitiness.
