✔️TASTING SOMMELIERIt is a very greedy wine, the deep ruby red color indicates beautiful maturity of the grapes during the harvest. The nose is harmonious, and again very greedy, mixing notes of flowers and red fruits (strawberry and raspberry, cherry), with a hint of licorice. The attack is supple, harmonious, a wine that is both rich and easy to drink, very fruity, with notes of plum and cherry typical of the Grenache grape variety. The finish is smooth and persistent, with intense fruitiness.

General presentation

La Réserve des Diacres is a cuvée produced in collaboration with Baptiste Grangeon, famous winemaker of Châteauneuf du Pape at Domaine Cristia.

This cuvée is produced with great care, from neighboring vineyards and friends of Baptiste, to offer consumers a racy and elegant wine, in the pure tradition of the Grangeon Family.

The grapes come from a calcareous clay soil and rolled pebbles characteristic of this region.

Harvested at full maturity, the harvest once sorted, and placed in stainless steel vats for fermentation at 20 to 25 °C, with only natural yeasts, and permanent temperature control (max 28 °C).

Regular pumping over is carried out by gravity to ensure perfect extraction of the aromatic potential of the grapes.

The aging, which lasts between 6 and 8 months, is achieved in concrete vats, thus avoiding too large variations in temperature.

Bottling is done immediately afterwards and in one time. Intense red with garnet reflections. Aromas of black fruits, morello cherries and forest fruits. With a nice toasted and spicy note on the finish.
